If you plan to apply for some USCIS forms, make sure you use the newest version. Here’s a quick list:

  • Form I-929 (Qualifying Family Member of U-1 Nonimmigrant): New version accepted from June 3rd, 2024 onwards. You can still use the old one (dated August 31, 2021) until then.
  • Form I-360 (Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant): Same as above! The new version is from June 3rd, and the old one (dated July 15, 2022) is usable until then.
  • Form N-600 (Certificate of Citizenship): Big jump! New version from June 3rd, but you can use the much older one (dated February 13, 2017) until then.
