USCIS updated many forms this year. Here is the list of all the forms recently updated by USCIS as of 3 April 2024.

If you plan to apply for some USCIS forms, make sure you use the newest version. Here’s a quick list:
- Form I-929 (Qualifying Family Member of U-1 Nonimmigrant): New version accepted from June 3rd, 2024 onwards. You can still use the old one (dated August 31, 2021) until then.
- Form I-360 (Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant): Same as above! The new version is from June 3rd, and the old one (dated July 15, 2022) is usable until then.
- Form N-600 (Certificate of Citizenship): Big jump! New version from June 3rd, but you can use the much older one (dated February 13, 2017) until then.

- Form I-290B (Notice of Appeal or Motion)
- Form I-910 (Application for Civil Surgeon Designation)
- Form N-600K (Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate)

- Form I-905 (Authorization to Issue Certification for Health Care Workers)
Important! Even if you use an older form (until June 3rd), you might need to pay a new filing fee.
