Good news for Palestinians living in the USA!
The US government is now letting certain Palestinians apply to get work permits. These permits are valid until August 2025.

Who can apply?
- Palestinians who were already in the USA on February 14, 2024.
How to apply?
- You don’t need to apply for a special status to get this benefit.
- If you’re eligible, you can apply for a work permit by filling out a form called “Form I-765“.
Other helpful information:
- There are documents you’ll need to show to prove you’re Palestinian, like a passport or ID card.
- The US government is trying to process these applications quickly and fairly.
- There are also some new rules for Palestinian students to help them work while they study.
- If you want to travel outside the US, you’ll need to apply for a different kind of document.
